As foreigners living for many years in the Arctic Region we are INSIDE and OUTSIDE, that means we become acquainted with the region, the culture, the land and its inhabitants. On the other hand we have not lost our ability to pinpoint the essentials, the detail and characteristics that makes Lapland unmistakably unique.
